Office Spaces

We have office spaces that a designed to support comfort and create a sense of calm. Office rentals are available hourly, part time and daily, with the option to create a package the fits your unique needs. Amenities include wifi, street parking, fridge, microwave, tea and water service. If you are interested and feel like you would be a good fit for this wellness hub, contact us.

The Studio

The studio has natural lighting, wood floors and a variety of exercise equipment, blocks, bolsters, bands, mats spray etc. There are ceiling fans, tea and water services, alongside cubbies for attendees to store their items (non locking). There are no mirrors in the studio. If you envision running a group or offering a workshop that is congruent with our culture, please feel free to reach out, with hourly, and daily rates available.
