Weclome to reset
Our Story
In the context of the mind/body connection, the term “reset” is designed to capture the therapeutic process by which neural pathways are restructured in the central nervous system. There is a plethora of empirically based evidence to support the importance of movement and narrative to facilitate restoration of physiological and psychological homeostasis. The four essential ingredients to support healthy human development are connection, belonging, purpose and fulfillment. Embedding this process within a community is essential to create a culture of belonging. Strengthening the “connection” to the self, within a community supports “belonging” and these are two necessary steps towards self-actualization, agency and finding your pathway back within your life’s journey. It's time. Reset.
