Our Studio
A warm, welcoming space designed to help you slow down and feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Our studio is intentionally calm, cozy, and community-focused — a place where you can reconnect, move at your own pace, and feel supported every step of the way.
We offer one of the only non-heated yoga environments in the Lower Mainland, creating a more comfortable and accessible experience for all levels. Whether you're new to yoga or returning to your practice, you’ll find a friendly, encouraging atmosphere and a space that truly feels like your own.
Yoga Studio Etiquette
Our studio is a place of peace, respect, and community. To help everyone enjoy their practice, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
Before Class

Arrive early: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class begins to settle in and honor a calm start.

Phones silent: Silence or turn off phones and smartwatches before entering the studio.

Shoes off: Leave shoes and outerwear in the designated area.
In the Studio

Respect the space: Keep voices low and help maintain a peaceful environment.

Respect others: Position your mat with appropriate spacing and stay focused on your own practice.

Scent sensitivity: Avoid strong perfumes, colognes, or lotions.

Props & mats: Borrowed mats and props should be cleaned and returned neatly after class.

Personal belongings: Keep bags, jackets, and phones outside the practice room when possible.
During Practice

Be present: Focus on your own practice—avoid comparing or adjusting others.

Stay through Savasana: This final relaxation is part of the class. If you must leave early, let your instructor know beforehand and exit quietly.
