Jayne brings over 18 years of experience as a certified yoga instructor to her thoughtfully designed classes, which seamlessly blend movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, breath and awareness. Having trained in India and studied under some of the world’s most prestigious yoga teachers, Jayne draws from a deep well of knowledge and tradition.
Her passion lies in creating a nurturing and inclusive space where students feel supported on their journey toward self-discovery and well-being. Jayne's classes are more than physical practice—they are a heartfelt invitation to cultivate love, kindness, and inner harmony. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Jayne’s guidance will leave you feeling inspired, balanced, and deeply connected.

I first stepped onto a yoga mat 15 years ago, and as soon as the class was over, I knew it would have a profound impact on me. I’m so grateful for the balance yoga has brought into my life, and for all of the things it has taught me about myself. While I enjoy practicing all styles of yoga, I am especially passionate about Restorative Yoga, and recently completed my 50 hour Restorative Teacher Training. I am truly honoured to hold space for others as they travel through their own yoga journey..
